I had a little difficulty tracking today's insiders because I have a sick toddler that is super needy. That is also the reason I am posting the blog so late tonight but hopefully it can still help some of you for the morning. I'm going be a brief as I can. Here 's what I tracked:

The largest insider buy that I saw today went to TNGO with purchases totalling $19,046,433 worth of shares just on their Form 4's. TNGO also had a Form 3 filed that was to acquire 10% of the company. I have no idea what this company is so I will be doing my own DD on it but I will mention that the chart is looking ready for a buy at it's current standing. GGZ was the second largest stake bought via Form 4's with $18.4 million worth of shares purchased. Then AYR falls in third with just over $2 million worth of shares but I must say that they've hit the list daily for many, many, many sessions and today there was a 13D filed, too. AYR is also starting to look like a buy solely based on it's technicals. Both TNGO & AYR are a little light on volume but look promising nonetheless.

The CFO's were buying: VHC, CAPN, PRTY, HART, EPD, MON, DDD, TNET, RJET, IBTX, NRIM, CRBP, MNR, GD & PSTI. A few of this are starting to shape up nicely as well.

The largest insider sell off today goes to VWR with $849,750,000 worth of shares sold but do note that they also had an inside buy today though far less significant. The second largest sale was for nine VIP employees, directors, etc sold $306,816,866 worth of shares. Finally, AMZN comes in third with nine sellers selling almost $27 million worth of shares.

The CFO's that were selling: ASH, URI, AMZN, NOW, SPKE, KFRC, UVE, BSFT, MTSI, P, KFS, TCX, NILE, SONS, SNBC, BLKB, IVC & CN.

I'm going to cut it short with that tonight. Happy trading & investing!
