Light Day for Insider Sheets

On this red day, I didn’t do much of anything today with the market. I did pick up some a small position of WGBS because of all the Shkreli hype but I know I shouldn’t do that. Oh well. It’s done. Other than that, I’m still holding my position in DUST from Friday. I’m also holding the ISR & TERP purchases I made of Friday. I have a substantial watch list & it mostly looks great but I’m awaiting the start of the month to make moves. Honestly, I’m not sure where TERP is going to go but I initially wanted to make sure that I bought in before December 1st so that I could qualify for the $0.35 dividend that will be issued December 15th. Hopefully, the chart starts heading in the right direction because today it was a miss for me. Other than that, I tracked less insider transactions than normal. Here is what I gathered:

Form 3’s: SANW, WRES, LGL, GROG, CFED, RTEC, SPIN, KSS, GLBL (2), TERP (2), AAL (3) & SSTK

The largest monetary buy into a stock today via Form 4 was for CAPL with just under $1.5 million invested into the company. CAPL has made out buyer list for many, many weeks now. CTXS which has also been frequenting our buyer list, was the second largest monetary investment also with just under $1.5 million worth of shares bought. The CFO’s that I saw buying today worked for RMGN, ORM & FLWS.

The largest monetary sale of shares today again went to GOOG with over $30 million worth of shares sold. The second largest monetary sales of shares today went to NLSN with over $17 million worth of shares sold. The companies whose CFO’s were selling today were TACT, FARM, CNSL, K, NP, WASH, POWI, SMTC, FGEN, XOXO & KITE.

That is all that I have for now. I need to tend to my sick child. I hope everyone will be able to find some green tomorrow.

Short List - Apparently, Black Friday isn't a Day for Insider Trading

Insider transactions were low, as expected for a random half day on a holiday weekend. I really didn't expect much. So since I have a lot less tickers to type tonight, I am going to give you guys full details from my trades today.

Today was a random buy & sell day for me for two reasons. The first reason was that I had a limited buy window so I went kind of quick based on some charts that I had studied. I bought TERP at $7.14, ISR at $1.14 & DUST at $20.35. The DUST order actually came through while I was skiing. I more than likely would have waited for it to be cheaper if I were home watching the movement. The second reason today was random was because my sales today were all on stop losses because I was on the mountain. I sold the remainder of my DIS at $115 (I was in since the $111's), BCRX sold at $10.28 (in from the $9.80's) & TNGO sold at $8.51 (in since $6). Since I've been home, I've assembled a good buy list for Monday but I have a lot more homework to knock out this weekend so we shall see what I actually do on Monday.

Okay, now for the insiders that I caught today:

Form 3's: TROX, AMTD, JCI, VNCE, RJET, ENV & BTX

13D's: HUM, DSWL (2), SMI, ASCMA, HECC, SKY (2), RNVA, RLD, LMRK, PRPH, DUMA (2), BLDR, ASBB, SM, CLRX, EROS & ARPI

13G's: LQ (-), TROX, GALT (-), GRUB (+), PRGX (-) & AAAP

Form 4's (Insider Buys): AYR, VHC, CTXS (2), HCP, OPK, EDGW, UVE, XOM (23), ARES, TIPT, MBRG, KYN, FBP (10), CFNL (10), UBNK, AMTD (14), EVOL, PW, SO, FFIC, VR (2), VIVMF, EUSP, NWS, HAYN (5), FRPT, THST, LTNC, WAIR, WPT, CDTX & SIRO (6)

Form 4's (Insider Sales): MTD, ILMN, XOM (15), PSEM (2), SPH, IQNT (2), GOOG, AN, FBPT (8), WSM, SHAK, CPB (3) GPX, EWBC, HIVE, SPA, CSGS, JACK (8), NEO (2), ANET, PMCS, PRI, SVU, TRS, NWS, HAYN (3), TRMB, BLCM, DW, ITCI, SQBG, ENV, MBFI, OSIS (3), TRUP, FB, BDSI & USCR

I really don't have a ton to say about these. I mean. We've seen RJET, CTXS, LMRK, BLDR, UVE, EVOL, ARES, ILMN, MTD, GOOG, SHAK, JACK & a few others’ quite a bit lately. Several of the tickers that we see on both the buy & sell list were actually for insiders who sold their personal shares & then acquired a greater amount of shares for $0.00. I mean, if you are looking into buying, selling or trading any of these, definitely do your own due diligence before doing so.

Today’s largest insider sale via Form 4 actually went to FB today with one of it’s directors disposing over $108 million worth of his shares. The second largest sale of stake in a company went to GOOG via its co-founder Brin Sergey selling over $25 million dollars’ worth of shares. Brin has been selling for months now. The CFO’s I saw selling work for JACK, BLCM & ITCI.

I hope that this helps out some of you with your homework & that everyone enjoys the rest of their long weekend.

Stock Brokers & Social Media: the New Buzz...HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Yes, as investors & traders we have always found a way to communicate with each other. We have found a way to discuss ideas we have or ask about rumors we have heard or charts that we view but now our communication is evolving rapidly. Now we are living in a new era filled with an information overload available at our fingertips.

I believe StockTwits was really the first major platform that brought traders & investors together to discuss their stocks of interest. Well...StockTwits & Yahoo Finance message boards. Those were my gateway into social media stock talk. They are both great places to go in to see sentiment on certain stocks that you are following along with the occasional know it all that is actually right. You just really have to comb through the info in there to insure what you read it true.

StockTwits was wonderful when analyzing any single stock & is still a resource that I use today. In fact, StockTwits was where I was given an invitation into my first Facebook stock group this past May. Also, my top mentor will only communicate with me via StockTwits and email so I will continue using it on a daily basis & treasure the relationship that I built there with the most knowledgeable market genius that I know. Yes, D, you are the best & I'm a thankful for your teaching, insight & data that you produce every day.

My first stock group that I joined on Facebook fascinated me. I was constantly affixed to the ideas that these Brainiac’s were coming up with. They were mostly biotech's which was new to me but the potential was so high in the returns that I was hooked. I would share the name of this group but it is a "secret group". In my opinion, it's still one of the better groups on Facebook today.

I became so involved that I took a role as an admin & did my best to help administer the page while trying to keep the activity high by creating a presence in the group that engaged the members. I began going on to StockTwits to recruit other good minds into the group as I was brought into the group in that manner. I made many friends along the way. I learned how special the group that I was in with a highly active membership was. I thank you guys & girls. You know who you are. You were the ones who got me into more than just blue chips & taught me so much even if sometimes it cost me.

By mid-June, I tried venturing out joining many other stock groups looking to find more diversity but discovered that most of these groups were so lacking of a good admin team that they were diluted with spam containing only the random post here & there from the hopeful trader seeking an answer from anyone out there listening.

By mid-summer, more of these Facebook groups began to form. Some were too specific while others were too broad for me. There were also the pages where there was too much hostility & potentially the shady deal happening here & there. Of course there will be a bad egg here or there but the beauty of it is that you can chose to block these people. All in all, I believe I still belong to all of these groups but I really don't frequent them often. I figure that it can't hurt to belong because they may come in handy one day.

Towards the beginning of August, I came across the page I was looking for because swing trading was the style of trading that suited me best. The page was Swing Trade Elite & my expectations were likely too high based on its name alone. My presumption of the group was diminished upon entering it. It was completely covered in spam with a few legit blogs in between. I noticed a nice comment every here & there from the founder of the page. Through his posting, his voice was so inspired though his page had lost its way. I decided to contact him only to discover that he wasn't even the administrator of the page. Out of the spirit of goodwill, I still contacted the self-proclaimed leader of the group & asked him what was going on? I had such high hopes for this page.

It turned out that Charles had lost control of his page because he had accidentally demoted himself. I had to help. I'm a Facebook nerd & know the in's & out's. I had to help him regain power of his group so that he could have the integrity he needed behind the page. We worked things out with another member that he had made an admin. (This man is another one of the most brilliant traders I have ever encountered. His level of trading blows my mind, as does his intelligence). Upon contacting him, he happily made Charles an admin of his page again. He had no idea that it had happened.  Charles & I were both grateful.

Charles made me an admin to help him with cleaning up some of the garbage in there & together with our third admin & fellow blogger of Candleglance247, Steve we starting creating something that we'd like to put our names on. (Shout out to Steve for convincing me to begin my own blog.... thanks, friend). Together we brought life back to the page that so many had left or forgotten. This page is still a nice "go to" for any level of trader from novice to professional. I just wish that it had more activity with its large membership. Either way, thank you Charles for befriending me & helping me along the way. Also, for helping me develop the next tier. I hope our friendship lasts a lifetime & I mean that.

After fixing Swing Trade Elite, someone gave me the idea to start following Tim Sykes, Superman & other celebrated, modern day traders. I began using that twitter account I had set up in 2008 that had been collecting dust ever since. I started to find & follow other traders on there but it didn't have the appeal nor the engagement that the Facebook groups presented. I do understand the broadcasting aspect that it does offer along with some valuable resources that I have also become accustomed to using. That being said, twitter is another great resource for us traders not to mention all of the stock market chat rooms that you can join via twitter.

For whatever reason, I wanted more. More social media stock talk though it was turning me into a stock jock rather than an athlete. I joined profit.ly which is a cool site that I do check & post to at least once a week. There are a lot of student investors in there that can really offer some valid insight, as well.

By the autumn, some filtering began in the Facebook groups which brought the better people from these larger, savage groups into smaller groups with more active & intelligent people sharing ideas. Some of these groups are my favorite places to mine for stock ideas & share my ideas. The filtering continues & literally, we are getting some of the best groups out there nowadays.

I've only been blogging for a few weeks now & literally finally discovered yet another platform for traders & investors to go to when they are doing their research. These are the stock groups in the Google+ communities.... duh...I should have known that sooner but it's not the most active place to be yet. Either way, I began distributing my new blog in there as well.

I suppose that my purpose for this write up is for a few reasons. The first is the awareness that these things exist, for anyone out there who is a trader &/or investor who has yet to discover them. I think it's clear that I favor Facebook groups the most for my day to day research but the others that I mentioned are also valuable depending on what you are seeking. Literally, one of my computers will have about 10 to 12 tabs open at a time for social media & data gathering purposes.

Also, I think that this gives a lot of us more purpose to use social media than we would have in the past. Before it seemed that I'd only go onto Facebook to post hokey pictures, wish people happy birthday or keep in touch with distant friends & relatives. Now I find myself on Facebook daily in this cohesive community of new friends that I've found with similar interests. I love it! As a trader who works from home, this social media thing has become a necessity to do my job. Finally, Wall Street has found its place on social media & it is such a great tool for us all.

The people I have met come from all walks of life & live all over the world. It's a beautiful thing that we have come together. I totally feel purpose for social media now & I feel like I have found my place in it as well. We share a common vision & help each other out. I believe we are making a little more than we would be on our own because of it, too. I'm grateful for you all. I can't wait to much further we evolve. I'm so thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Midweek Holidays are Both a Blessing & a Curse

Ugh...I'm so irritated that I accidentally sold my CGIX today on a stop loss because I went skiing. Right before I went out, I saw the price at $3.77/share so I thought $3.65 would be safe. Ooops. I wish that I could trade tomorrow. I cannot wait to find my next entry in on it's climb upwards. I guess I'll have to wait for Friday on that one.

I also picked up a random short term investment based on recent inside buyers & a blossoming chart this morning. I bought in this penny because it's a tech company & in my opinion, there are a lot of signals that a larger tech company will be buying it. This stock was NETE. I got in at $0.12. Hopefully, my speculation is correct. I will be doing some homework on that company later.

Other that NETE, I'm only holding AMDA, BCRX, DIS, TNGO & UWTI. I was hopeful to pick up more DIS today but it didn't drop to where my purchase order was. Oh well. I will acquire more very soon. All in all today was a success. I will just need to regain the some positions on Friday....I wish I could get in them tomorrow.

I have lots of studying to do with these lists I compile. I took today off again to ski so I'm behind on it all for the moment. All I have for my "buy" notes are to check the one's on multiple buy lists. I'll probably look at all of the Form 3, 13D & 13G charts as part of my homework. I'll likely look over the reapeaters as well. There wasn't really any astronomical buy that crossed the wires today but GDEF stood out with almost $22 million worth of shares purchased in GDEF, a Global Defense Stock. The companies with CFO's buying today were: JACK, UVE, MCBC, CLMS, NBBC, THST, VAR, OI, FENX, CMXO, CBT & EXR.

On the sales side, I have BFAM with $422,966,844 worth of shares sold. VWR with $127,426,500 worth of shares sold. PCTY also had a comparable sell off with $127,500,000 worth of shares sold. The companies with CFO's selling today were: PSEM, ENTA, RNG, NEWR, FUL, WASH, MOBL, SNCR, CLDX, PANW, LMAT, LSTR, COBZ, TRV, SSNF, BDMS, ASH, RRC & ASB. That's all for now.

Have a safe & happy long weekend everyone. Happy Thanksgiving!

Better Late Than Never?

Good evening fellow investors & traders. I took today off to go skiing & might just do the same tomorrow (at least for part of the day). Skiing is my number one passion & sometimes it needs to take precedence for me to maintain my sanity. I'm not really sure that many of you know or care for that matter that this is called Tonia's Insider Trading Stash because I'm alluding to a stash in the skiing sense. Then again, if I did have a powder stash on the mountain, I likely would not give away it's coordinates (especially in a blog). However, I do like to share my insider trading transactions that I catch because it can help us all if we use it constructively. That being said, I made no trades today & only held 3 (well 6 if you count my daughter's account) tickers. I personally stayed in BCRX, CGIX & UWTI. UWTI was one I decided to jump in based on its chart. I know that isn't how you should play an ETN nor an ETF but it worked. My daughter stayed in AMDA, DIS & TNGO despite the inside sellers yesterday in TNGO & despite me selling my personal shares of DIS yesterday which seemed to be the right decision. Since finding TNGO based on the insider buying, she's gone up 17% in that stock. It's low volume but whatever. It's working. Anyhow, since I have not followed the market today & only followed the insiders, I will just report them to you right now. I hope that they help you with what to buy & sell tomorrow. Here they are:

So...it's weird when you see a bunch of buys & sells for the same ticker & I honestly don't know why they do it like this. It comes down to this weird secrecy thing, it seems. Most often, the company's filing these come off as deceptive. Some of them just balance the scales but many of them have more buys than sells today. Sometimes it is the inverse. You really have to pay attention to the denominations that these companies are trading. For example, the Monsanto (MON) shares being bought by insiders were just silly. The denominations were like 43 shares bought at some cheap price. I don't know. That definitely stood out as did the TRST buys & sells making a pretty level playing field...whatever. Please definitely do your own due diligence on any of these tickers that pop out as you.  Some may be more misleading than not.

That being said & because I want to keep it brief, I will just tell you a few things that stood out for me. One was CLMS...that particular company that also holds the CCD ticker & has been inside buying for months. Another that caught my eye was CNX because my good friend Greg & I have been watching it for awhile now while waiting for oil to make a comeback. I hope he sees this blog post tonight.

Other than that, I'm just going give the rundown of CFO's buying today which included insiders from: CRBP, HAYN, ADT, MGPI, ANVW, EGHT, JACK, UGI, IIVI, MON, SLTD, ARMK, EVC, TTEK, BZH, MAIN, PZZA, CNX, BXMT, SUME, FLDM, FOSL & LITE. The largest monetary purchase I saw today was for CTXS with over $10 million worth of shares purchased.

On the sale side, the CFO's selling shares of their companies are employed by: JACK (yes...very two faced from the buy side but balance the numbers yourself), MCHP, EVC, WGP, ACTG, LSTR, RPXC, KEYS, FISV, INTU, JBL, AJSB, PSB, SCHL, FARM, MCBC, PB, CWCO, DAL, RRC SPKE & FNF. The largest monetary dump of shares on Tuesday that I saw went to GOOG with just over $75 million worth of shares sold. Many of the GOOG shares sold were from Brin Sergey (co-founder) who has been selling shares in bulk for months now.

Anyhow, I need to do my personal homework now so that I can decide my trades before I hit the slopes. I wish that I had a nice powder stash at the mountain but it's too early in the season to find those. Either way, I hope I find the right trades tonight to set up for the morning so that I can make a little extra money while enjoying my favorite past time. I also hope that everyone reading this is able to find a lot of green in their portfolio tomorrow.

And We Are Red

Today depicted a slight sell off in some areas of the market. We began green with strength in various sectors. We even saw another mini oil rally followed by a bit of a decline then a slight comeback after hours. Tomorrow's futures are currently down but anything could happen through the night. Though the market turned red, there are many winners still out there. The trick is just to find them. Following the charts & the news can help us to determine when to buy or sell or investments. Believe it or not, today I actually sold DIS so that I could steal some profits & buy back lower. I hope this works in my favor. I'd like to get more DIS shares back around $115 but I will be watching the charts to see if/when that is feasible. In fact, today I sold many of my positions only holding the gainers with nice looking charts. For example, I kept BCRX & TNGO because they just keep doing well for me. I also held CGIX because I am still up on it, I have a good feeling about it & the chart's not too shabby either. I definitely have some stocks in mind to buy tomorrow. I'm excited to find more profits. As I've mentioned before, following the insiders helps me to find the stocks that I buy & sell. Here were the insider transactions that I saw today:

For those of you whom are curious, I typically post the trades chronologically. It definitely takes a little time to gather all of these & I know that it's not all of the insider transactions that occurred today. However, I do feel that it is the most complete list out there. That being said, I'm going to keep it brief on my notes here because I have a ton to do tonight.

As for the insider buying, KBIO stood out once again with another Form 4 filed by Shkreli. I truly wonder how long this KBIO rally will last. I also noted that XRX picked up some steam in the after hours session with its 13D filed by Carl Icahn. Another renowned investor Bill Ackman added stake in VRX to his hedge fund, too. The largest monetary investment into a company that I saw today was for CTXS with over $38 million worth of shares purchased. The CFO's that I tracked buying more shares in their companies work for: AGFS, MTGT, SRT, PAH, FVRG & CDTX.

On the sale side, I saw lots of big names as well. The top monetary sale didn't arrive until about half an hour ago. It was FB for over $165 million worth of shares dropped. CHDN also had a substantial amount of money dropped but they did it during trading hours unlike that sneaky FB. Anyhow, CHDN lost an investment of over $138 million in their shares. WBA came in third after the end of after hours with nearly $120 million worth of shares dumped. Also, just because I feel it is significant, UA had over $43 million worth of insider shares sold today (most during the regular trading session but the big one towards the end of after hours). Why are they selling? Who knows...I'm just tracking them & staying away from them for now. Lastly, the CFO's that I tracked selling today work for: ZAYO, SBUX, HQY, PICO, VC, AGII, AOSL, CATM, NEWS, TCX & BDIC.

That's enough for tonight. I hope this helps with your homework & that you are able to have a successful day on the market tomorrow.

Million & Billion Dollar Transactions - Behind the Scenes

Today was pretty awesome. I like it when I see my portfolios green & when I can catch little upticks on volatile ETF's like UWTI. Asides my UWTI trade, DIS was my rockstar today. It's been in almost in beast mode lately. I find it weird that I have NEVER seen DIS with any insider trading. They definitely know how to keep it on the down low.

Some of my other investments/trades were chosen based on insider trading & did awesome today as well (FYI...I don't just buy based on insider trading, I also review the charts). For those who are curious, I'm still talking about BCRX, CGIX, RT & TNGO. My WFM is kind of just sitting in limbo & depending what it does Monday, I may keep it or cut it loose to trade something that is a faster moving. Anyhow, enough about my investments & trades, here are the insider trades that I tracked today:

It seems that there are always a lot of forms that pass through on Friday's. Please realize that these forms may not cross the wires for up to a week after the actual transaction but sometimes they are filed rather quickly (within 24 hours even). There are plenty of tickers for you to review this weekend but I will give you some insight to the one's that I chose to watch. Basically, the method to my madness is that I follow: the repeaters, the transactions with multiple buyers, the companies that are about to report earnings or just reported earning, the one's that make the headlines for other reasons & the one's that I have personal interests in for, whatever those reasons may be. I highly recommend that everyone does their own homework on any investment or trade that they may considering making. This list that I create is merely compiled to help you create your own watchlists &/or to make sure you don't miss insider action on a company you may currently hold shares in. I figured that since I create this list for myself, I might as well share it with other traders & investors out there. I would rather that we all make money in this economy. With that being said, here are some of my personal insights & notations from today.

Let me begin with the Form 13's. The tickers that draw me in the most are WEIN, LGF, PAYC, SHAK, CA, ZLTQ & SGEN because they crossed multiple lists today alone. One that sticks out in particular is SGEN because it made the Form 4 list via Felix Baker of the Baker Bros (one of my favorite investment firms to follow).

When looking at my Form 3 notes, it appears that I'm most interested in reviewing TERP to evaluate why there was so much action along with GEOS whom saw a significant amount of action as well. TERP definitely sticks out with it's 30 Form 3's, though. There must be something cooking behind the scenes & believe me, I will be researching it over the weekend.

Next are my insider buy Form 4 notes suggesting that a lot of companies had their entire board buy today for whatever reason (similar to the Form 4 sell list). The multiple transactions today were ridiculous. It looks like I'll be researching many companies. One note that I can share is that the top monetary inside buy today was for ABTL with $1,494,640,442 worth of shares purchased! If you are wondering, it very much outweighs the sales of ABTL today. The second largest monetary purchase went to Felix Baker with his purchase of $14,461,213 worth of SGEN shares. SGEN will definitely make my watchlist. I can also share that the only CFO's that I saw buy worked for CACC, HGG & PJT.

Finally, my brief insider sale Form 4 recap will be extra brief as it is my toddler's bedtime. That being said, I have that the largest sell off going to CA with a total of $584,388,200 shares sold (bear in mind they crossed multiple lists so this could be a slow take over or something...I haven't done my own research there yet). I also can quickly tell you that the CFO's that I saw selling today worked for CVX, NYT, ROP, TYC, COMM, NVT, COMM, OLED, AYR, BERY, TYL, WASH, PAYC, ROLL, WY & IMPV. This may change my opinion on AYR but I will keep on watching it at least.

Okay...I've got to run. I hope my list helps someone out there out. I wish I could've divulged more but duty calls for this Mommy. Enjoy your weekend, whatever you may be doing & best of luck to you in the markets on Monday.

Follow the Money......the Insiders Know What's Going On

Today was a diverse day on the markets which ultimately ended in the red for the US Indices but luckily, I was able to find green with some of my holdings like: CCJ, CGIX, DIS, MGT, RT & TNGO. CGIX, RT & TNGO were all stocks I found because of their recent insider buyer action. Next, I saw NUGT coming up late last night & knew that it'd be a good one today but I resisted fore whenever I play NUGT, I jinx it. Honestly, tomorrow I will be looking for a good entry for DUST. I'm hopeful to find it back in the $16's. I also considered a buy into KBIO today around $9 because of all the forms being filed but I restrained from that, too. At last, I strongly considered the SQ IPO out of the gate but didn't. That one was one worth setting up a nice swing play on but I missed it. Oh well..here were today's insider transactions that I caught:

Of the Form 3's the one that stood out the most was KBIO because of it's activity over the past 24 hours. This was a biotech that I used to follow but had given up on long ago. The other that I paid attention to was DDD because it's had a lot of insider action lately.

As for the 13D's & G's I tracked, SHAK obviously sticks out like a sore thumb since there has been a ton of insider action lately. It really almost looks like a take over or something but I have no room to talk as I have no interest in the company & therefore have done zero of my own due diligence on it. I'm purely speculating. Also, HERO has also made the list several times. DSCO was another that sparked my interest since it's one that I was recently eyeballing.

There were a nice amount of Form 4's filed today for insider buyers including some IPO's, some repeaters, some that cancelled out their sales, some game changers & some that have fates yet to be determined. The largest monetary value to a buy today went to LOXO nearing $8 million worth of shares purchased followed by YUME with just over $2 million worth of shares purchase. In third was KBIO but that is not including their Form 3 filed. I was most interested in AYR for it's multiple sessions on the buy list & the fact that it's chart is starting to move up. It's just still low volume but I actually looked up the company finally & it's a business I've actually been meaning to research. Then, KEYS jumped out at me today because of it's multiple buyers; that chart looks decent as well. Finally, there was only one CFO buying today that I tracked & it was within PNN. The CFO's tend to follow the money so it's usually worth it to follow them.

Today's insider sales were plentiful as expected. FIT stood out to me immediately with all of it's sellers. The top monetary sale I tracked today went to UA with over $37 million worth of shares sold. This was followed by INCY with about $37 million worth of shares sold & GOOG with nearly $24 million worth of shares sold. There were many repeat sellers & if you've been reading these daily, I'm sure you'll catch them. The CFO's that I saw selling were within the following companies: CLX, TCX, PSB, FANG, RNG, RSTI, NEWR, DXCM, ZEN, CAMP, FIT, AVGO, TACT & LTRPA.

As always this list is compiled to help you see what the insiders are up to. Before you decide to trade or invest in any of the companies, I'd highly recommend that you do your own due diligence on any stock before deciding to invest or trade. I truly hope that this helps somebody out there. Good luck on the markets tomorrow!

Trading with the Insiders

Good evening. I hope everyone was able to find lots of green in the markets today. I definitely had some winners which is nice. Of course, DIS treated me well today & looks like they'll keep doing alright for now but I was also able to find a great buy in for WFM & TNGO based on insider trading. BCRX is still treating me nicely since I bought in when the Baker Bros did. I'm still watching AYR for a possible entry. I'm also looking for another nice entry on DUST but not jumping into anything just yet. Anyhow, here were today's insider transactions that I caught:

Okay, I'm going to be brief again because I have a lot of Mommy stuff to get accomplished & I want to post this before it's too late. The top two insider buys via Form 4's today goes to WVE with over $30 million worth of shares bought & XCOM with almost $15 million worth of shares purchased. The CFO's who were buying into their companies today included: FTK, IILG, SURP, IO, INST, ORM, FRPT, PNNT & ERRI

Today's top 3 insider sales were for PAYC with almost $350 million worth of shares sold followed by VIRT with just over $340 million worth of shares sold & CRM with almost $112 worth of shares sold. CRM did miss their Q3 earnings estimates today so I'm sure that's why we've seen so many insiders selling out over the past month. Other than that, the companies that had CFO's selling today were: MATW, BMRN, RP, RKUS, LNKD, MKTO & LBTY

Hopefully, tomorrow I can get back to my longer analysis but as of tonight, I still have to nurse my child back to health. Happy trading & investing everyone!

I had a little difficulty tracking today's insiders because I have a sick toddler that is super needy. That is also the reason I am posting the blog so late tonight but hopefully it can still help some of you for the morning. I'm going be a brief as I can. Here 's what I tracked:

The largest insider buy that I saw today went to TNGO with purchases totalling $19,046,433 worth of shares just on their Form 4's. TNGO also had a Form 3 filed that was to acquire 10% of the company. I have no idea what this company is so I will be doing my own DD on it but I will mention that the chart is looking ready for a buy at it's current standing. GGZ was the second largest stake bought via Form 4's with $18.4 million worth of shares purchased. Then AYR falls in third with just over $2 million worth of shares but I must say that they've hit the list daily for many, many, many sessions and today there was a 13D filed, too. AYR is also starting to look like a buy solely based on it's technicals. Both TNGO & AYR are a little light on volume but look promising nonetheless.

The CFO's were buying: VHC, CAPN, PRTY, HART, EPD, MON, DDD, TNET, RJET, IBTX, NRIM, CRBP, MNR, GD & PSTI. A few of this are starting to shape up nicely as well.

The largest insider sell off today goes to VWR with $849,750,000 worth of shares sold but do note that they also had an inside buy today though far less significant. The second largest sale was for nine VIP employees, directors, etc sold $306,816,866 worth of shares. Finally, AMZN comes in third with nine sellers selling almost $27 million worth of shares.

The CFO's that were selling: ASH, URI, AMZN, NOW, SPKE, KFRC, UVE, BSFT, MTSI, P, KFS, TCX, NILE, SONS, SNBC, BLKB, IVC & CN.

I'm going to cut it short with that tonight. Happy trading & investing!

Markets Rally as the Buy Forms Come Through

Most days that I track the insider activity, there are far more insiders selling than buying. Today was a little bit different. There were a ton of insiders buying. Hopefully, this is a good sign of things to come.

I also began to track some of the Form 3's. For anyone new to all of these forms that I track, let me briefly simplify. Form 4's are the main SEC filings that I follow. A Form 4 must be submitted anytime an insider buys or sells a stake in the shares they own. 13D's are filed when an investor buys 5% of a publicly traded security. 13D's can be used on both the buying & selling end. 13G's are very similar to 13D's except the investor already owns higher than 5% stake. They can be traded up or down, as well. Finally, introducing Form 3's to tonight's blog. Form 3's are filed when an insider affiliated with a public company (or an investor whom already owns over 10% of the company's outstanding shares) are bought. Form 3's are typically filed upon the advent of an IPO but may also be used in instances like take overs or first time buy in from a hedge fund.

Here is what I tracked today:

Form 3's: HERO (2), LQ, LGF (2), BKD, SWI (2), RGR, QLTI (2), MOV, NLNK, GE, VCYT, ASH, SRI, STFC (4), SIGI, BID, PRXI (2), NWFL (2), FNJN, BRKR, EVI, MMSI, SFLY, HPQ & WDC

Form 4's (Insider Buys): AYR, AAT, RLOG, TRXC, ROX, CGIX (2), UBOH (2), MVIS, OLN, FTAI, INSY, ALR, NWIN, ACLS, FLL, MMPW, FUND, GOGO. NMFC, CMFN, CRBP (2), SYNL, TIPT, XTNT, CPTA, HSY (2), XCO, WFM, APC, ORM, CMI, PFHO, HZN, TSC, VNOM, BGFV, JAX (2), ZBRA, LXRP, RYI, MW, BMRA, KYN, MCBK, EMG, OESX, SNBC, ACNB, BHRT.OB, SCL, MDXG, ABMC:PK, PRAA, ICTY, FIX, ASCMA, UBP (2), HBIO, BOOT, FAC (2), CAR, ED, ETRM (2), AJRD, (2), SUMR, TST (2), FSIC, TWO (2), FMBH (3), CAPL, NMRX, UBA, HLS, FLKS, ARCA, FUN, LOXO, VER, TLSRP, CY, GARS, JASN, CTRE, DYN, QUMU, NVRO, CBNKA, ENV, PQ (7), TINY, ABAX, SGI, UEIC (2), TPIV, ARCW, HLS, CYNO (7), MYBF (2), MXIM (5), EVDY, TEL (14), CBT (5), MUR, BMRA, LEG (11), BEAV (2), NTCT (4), EXTR (5), LPI (3), QRVO, HZO (7), SPH, SHAK, DGAS (2), DF (2)M FTNT (3), JIVE (2), RSE, GLF, CORT, HIIQ, CROX, PDVW (2), SCTY, SSNI (6), IILG (2), MUX, TSI, BSM (2), CSLT (2), DHX, TWI, TUES, MPAY, PW, PATK, SLRC, GIGM, WBMD (4) & SUNS

13D's: SHAK (5), PIH, ADSK (2), ACAS, SUNS, UNTD, PFHO, AFFW, GMEI, SPIL, NAO, DTOR, SINA, DHX, SUMR, TNGO, SBCF & FSL

13G's: AWAY, HERO, KURO, CSTM (+), CIK, PKGM, LION (+), UMPQ (+), HAFC (+)M CAC (-), AMZN (+), NFLX (+), WYNN (+), HLF (-), UAL (-), SMJ, WEN, C, CCE, FXCM (-), RAI (-) & TOL (-)

Form 4's (Insider Sales): LAWS, EEFT, ZLTQ (2), CHH (2), SAM (3), VLGEA, CBRL, UVV (2), IIIN, WSTG, TISI, NEOG, SSFN, NHC, HSY (2), IDA, MCD, IPHI, OSTK, TEL (13, TSS, IMN, FANG, WST, INGN, BIO, BIOB, CIEN, NLN, ACGL, ENSV (3), PDCE (2), HTLF, CHRS, RTEC, TRV, MCO, G (2), LC, HUBS, PANW, SABR, PLT (4), TYPE, AYI, CLX, VNTV, GBX (2), PKG, NHTX, PPG, NVDA, POZN, XOOM, ASPN, CALD, CTL, CGSP, HA (5), IDXX, ASH (2), ILMN, SBCF, AFOP, SNCR, PACW, ABC, PG (2), PHMD, FPP, NXTM, ONVI, MSCC (4), SNFC, ROYE, KEG, MORN, MCF, PSEM, SALE, INOV, CBT (5), CYNO (3), LLY (2), DMRX, STT (3), HMSY, HHC, NTCT, EXTR, BEAV, CBM, COMM, HZO (3), AGN, EGR, EE, PQ (6), DF (2), LUV, CNK, WTR, PKD, FPP, LLTC, MTB (2), POOL, SSNI (6), SCTY (3), CVT, CRM, DATA (2), ESIO, MPWR, TWI, CSCO, SWI (2), CUR, BSTC, GOOG (2), YDLE, RNG, EBS, UNM, MDCO, IBKR (4), ZAYO, BSM, NOW, SHAK (2) & CLGX

Let's begin with the Form 3's. If you read last Friday's post, you'd see that a major stake was sold out of LGF. The Form 3 from today may indicate the reasoning behind the sell off. Another notable Form 3 was for HPQ. It interests me because I'm excited to see where their 3D printing will bring them. Perhaps, this was issued due to a new investor who just began since their big split.

As for the inside buying today, I only made a few notes because I was pretty busy. I noted that the companies whose CFO's filed buyer Form 4's today were: MPAY, TWI, IILG, JAX & BOOT. I also find it noteworthy that there have been inside buyers for The Street (TST) for the past several sessions. There are many other repeat buys but this one caught my eye because I"m sure we all read The Street. I also have that both CGIX & DHX had $0 in their insider buys....free shares, YAY!  Then, I have that Elon Musk again purchased more SCTY today like he did on Friday. Finally, the largest monetary insider purchases today go to HSY with a total of $31,851,598 worth of shares just in time for the holiday season.

The 13D's & G's that stood out the most to me were those of George Soros which went as follows: new stake in NFLX, WYNN, SMJ & WEN; increased stake in AMZN, PYPL & CCE; dissolved C, RAI, TOL & FXCM; sold out of HLF. I also noticed that SUNS hit both the 13D & buyer list as did SUMR. SHAK is also noteworthy as they have filed SO many 13D's in the past several sessions.

Today's insider selling list felt much shorter than usual & many companies that had a high amount of sellers on it were counterbalanced buy their inside buyers....like trading shares with changing of the board or something. Some of the one's that I've been paying particular attention to in the sales category are PANW, IBKR & GOOG for my own personal reasoning. The sales Form 4's today were for: CBM, DXCM, MSCC, ASH, UVV, PDCE, AYI & FANG. The largest monetary sale that crossed my wires today was for XOOM selling $143,538,800 worth of shares.

Please be sure to conduct your own due diligence on any of the investments that interest you. I hope that this helps somebody out there. Happy trading & investing!

Oh Great....It's Friday the 13th

First off, my condolences to anyone who had any loss or scare last night in Paris. What an evil & inhumane tragedy. God bless. Please don't ignite WWIII....scary!

Today was a shit show in the markets. I took profits on all positions I was up on, cut some that I was down on & held BCRX, DIS & TVIX through the weekend. I got in TVIX at 6.20 the other day & it seems to be working out this time around. BCRX was one of my only winning positions today & I blogged about it's insider buys from the Baker Bros last week (and read an interesting projection article today) so I figured why not....it's green. Next, DIS is trustworthy in many ways. My most knowledgeable mentor even has reassured me on this position, in the past. As for TVIX, the daily candle chart looked solid so I bought in midweek. I could never have foreseen the events that lead up to where it is. I'm lucky to be in it because I need to regain some profit from my big loss yesterday. Anyhow, here were the insider transactions I caught on Friday, the 13th:

It's the weekend & you guys have time to study so just pay attention to tickers that pertain to you. There are many repeats & even tickers that cross over a couple of areas. Sometimes it's a buy out & other times it's more precarious than that. Either way, if you review the one's that pertain to you, you'll be able to use this blog as a reference.

The largest insider buy today went to THC for a price value of $29,300,680 worth of shares purchased. The second largest insider buy today went to SCTY with a purchase from Elon Musk for $7,786,062 worth of shares. CHSP, FSTR, GEN, MMS, ZBRA, SBTB & BCBP were bought by their CFO's. There were many others that I maybe didn't list but pertain to you. Please just pay attention to the movement in your shares or shares you intend to purchase.

SHAK is clearly the most present 13 Form with 10 big buys/sells. It looks like a buy out to me but who knows...that is truly just speculation.  CO also stood out because they've had a lot of 13D's filed lately.

As for insider sales, topping Friday's insider sale du jour was of SERV for $1,512,124,688 worth of shares. The second went to XOOM who sent theirs WAY after the close & after the close of after hours with a total of $173,583,975 worth of shares dumped. LGF took third with their sell off of nearly $47.5 million worth of shares sold. DORM, MPWR, IMN, FN, ARW, KTWO, ZEN, WASH & TAP all had CFO's in their inside selling bunch. All in all, pay attention to the inside sellers if you own shares in any of the aforementioned tickers.

I hope that this may help someone somewhere. Enjoy your weekend & be harmonious within your own life.

I know I'm a day late on saying this on the blog but Happy Veteran's Day to all who have served! We appreciate & salute you. That being said, yesterday when I went to track the insider transactions, I discovered that the government was closed so I only compiled a handful that came through the wires late (like 11:30 p.m. EST). The buyer Form 4's from late night Tuesday were: CBF, FRSH, BTX (2), EVRI & FCPT and the sale Form 4's were: TSLA, CBF (3), LMAT & BTX.

Next, today was in interesting day on the market for me. It took me a lot to do but I finally cut most of my losses in Amedica to be able to make the money back up elsewhere. I've had AMDA for months now & should have taken the opportunity to do it sooner. Either way, it was fun freeing up some cash & taking a quick profit on DUST while also acquiring two beautiful, healthy stocks that are sure to make some of my money back. I'll be looking to average down my remaining AMDA shares when the chart evens out a bit.

Here are today's insider transactions...

Insider Buys (Form 4's): AYR, RLOG (2), USEL, CF (2), PEIX (5), ENDP (4), RDX, ZINC, FTR (2), ALQA, LYTS, FTAI (3), KMI (3), KND, RT, WAB (2), TKAI, YORW, DIVXZ, EVEP, ENOC, NRF (3), DYN, SUMR, KRO, JAX (2), KAMN, NMRX (2), GTT (2), BMNN, CCD (2), LNT, NOA, TSI (2), SRI, ABCP, CIO, GSBD, AMNL (3), SYRX, CWGL, FTR (2), CBFV, ATAX, BVSN, RSO, LFVN, NWPX, LXRP, HCN, TIPT, ALR, BGFV (4), ITW, AMBR, GNK, JMBA, WFM, SJW, USAP, FFNM, FGBI (3), FTD, WIN, CNBKA (2), ROVI, CBL, KRO, TUES, CODI (2), STWD, SKUL (2), XCO, ITG, FARM, CY, NEWS, DIN, TCPC, GKBS, QUMU (2), TWO, RESI, TST (2), BBRG, ANIP, TSLX, TXRH, RNST, MMMB, FSIC, CIO (2), TCBK, AVID, TIME, UQM, NNBR, VER, BRS, HWAY, NW, PW, BIOL (5), LNG (2), AHT, TRXC, CPN, ADGE (5), SCCO (3), CRDS, BJRI, CNOB (2), EVRI, APO, WHF, BCOR (6), KND, COMM, BK, PNR (3), QUOT, INFU, AES, MATR (2), HCP, CROX, FCPT (3), IVTY, XCO, IEQT, URRE, DWA (4), CWT, SBRA, DVW, CSCW, CMCT (4), TRXC & BCBP

I was fairly tied up today in my new trades so my insight here will be limited but on the buyer end today, I'd like to tell you to look for repeats even if they're from today's list. For example HWAY was both an inside buy & they had a 13D filed. Also, LNG had an inside buyer, a 13D & an increase in the hedgefund that filed a 13G today that is run by Carl Icahn. It's also good to look for repeats from the seller side like FTAI that made all four of my lists or CY that has repeated a few times since I began this blog.

The largest monetary purchase today goes to PNR with a purchase of around $23 million worth of shares. The second highest purchase today went to BK with an inside purchase of over $18 million worth of shares. Finally, the third highest monetary value dumped into a stock today (just via their Form 4's) went to LNG with around $15 million worth of shares.

I always like to follow the CFO's with insider trading. The CFO's who filed buyer Form 4's were for these companies: FTAI, PEIX, LNG, BIOL, TRXC & SBRA. The CFO's who filed sale Form 4's work for: FFG, NEE,  IBKR, MCD, FANG, HUBS, WCN, IPGD, LDRH, HFC, ULTI, ALKS, WTR, LNKD, FSLR, OTIC & EXPO.

As for the insider sales, there were a lot of them & I just listed the CFO's who sold so I'll be brief & let everyone do their own due diligence with their research. I will just say that STZ had the biggest monetary amount taken out of it losing over $87 million worth of shares. Also, I'd note that FSLR had the most sales & they were all way after the bell. I almost didn't catch those on tonight's report.

Anyhow, I truly hope this helps someone out there. Happy trading & investing!

Tickers, Tickers, Tickers...Insane Amount of 13G's Filed Today

Lots of interesting action on the market today. I thought for sure we'd go red & stay there so I picked up some trusty old TVIX but the S&P & Dow battled back. I did end up with 6 positions that were green (AMDA, BCRX, CLF, DIS, DMPI & VTL) despite the turbulence. AMDA was a wonderful surprise for me in after hours. I'm long in both AMDA & DIS. Okay, well I have like a thousand tickers to type so I'm going to start:

When reviewing the insider buys, the one that jumps out at me the most is the one that had the highest monetary value worth of shares purchased which was MBCI with two buyers totaling $2,250,150,000 worth of shares. Coming in second is IBAL, also with two buyers totaling over $865 million worth of shares bought. Finally, one of my favorites because I'm a fan of the Baker Bros is SGEN with a $40 million investment.

The 13D's that stood out at me the most were RCAP because it had multiple buyers, MEIP because I've been eyeing it lately & CLF because I already hold shares. KODK is also on a watchlist of mine so it was nice to see it cross the wires in after hours.

I've never seen so many 13G's cross the wires & most of them were bought, sold or adjusted by hedgefunds. As a reminder, if there is a +, the hedge increased their position & if a - they decreased their position or exited. I'll let you guys do your own DD, though. If I didn't do a + or -, it is a new purchase.

Okay, the only notes I made on the 13G's were for PZZA because I love pizza & there was also an inside buy form for PZZA. The other really noteworthy 13G's were for GOOG/GOOGL with a hedge dropping over 19 million shares of GOOG & over 17 million shares of GOOGL. Personally, I was excited to see VTL in the positive bunch today as I am a shareholder. There are a lot of other interesting one's in the mix but I'll leave those for you to figure out.

The largest insider dump goes to BRX today with a total of $1,817,200,000 worth of shares sold off from the Blackrock holdings that held the shares. It's also noteworthy that REMY had 9 inside sellers along with a 13D for a negative value today. There are always so many of insider sales but I like to pay attention to who makes the list daily & who is going into or coming out of their third quarter earnings report.

Well that's all for now. Happy trading & investing everyone!

Monday, November 9, 2015

Today seemed like a sell off out there as the DOW, S&P & Nasdaq turned to red but surprisingly, I found a couple of good one's based on tracking insiders that helped me have 6 green positions at close including BCRX & ALQA. It was a good TVIX day, as well & I am still sitting the bench on buying DUST back yet for the rally. Hopefully, everyone else was able to find green somewhere in their portfolio. In my opinion, DIS will likely tend to stay green with slow advancement towards January when they report Q4's. Alright, on with the insider trades that I tracked today (sorry I'm late but I hosted a dinner party) :

Insider Buys (Form 4's): OPK, JMBA, JMP, NWIN (2), FNB, SONA, DGII, CCD (2), GSBO, AMRC, ALQA, FSP (2), CHSP (2), LION, SNV, RVLT, FMER, FLKS, CHEF (2), IDSY, PLBC, GNUS, CMS, BVSN, UNH, NS (2), ARL, SAEX, SBCF, BHRT.OB, GPP, MJCO, USEL, FARO, KODK, ACSF, FIX, SQI, NSH, PZZA, HRZN, BOCH, ARAY, ACW, STON, SPNC, LNG, CY, SRT, MKGI.OB, FTAI, TST, CRDS, GWR, FCPT, CNBKA, ARAY, TWI, TSI (2), AYR, VINO, HBIO, AESZ & HISP

13D's: WTW, EVBS, GBNK, YOKU, SSTG, CASM, SPIL, NMRX, EVBS, TKC, MSLP, RTIX, WMAD, BIOL, UCBA, LXU (-), ADAT, ENVA, PTGI, FOR (+), LNG (+), UBCP & HCHC

13G's: ROCK (-), CRME (+), FSD (+), PMCS (-), FCD, SSRG (+), ICON, POT (-), FLIR (-), DLB (+), CRSI, WFBI (+), MBTF, HEOP, NBCB, IPCM (-), BCRM, NVR (+), AOI, KLNDF, DNAI (+), SHOP (+), MBUU (-), FMI, CCXI & VBLT

Insider Sales (Form 4's): CSC, FLKS (2), SAM (2), HBAN, CHE (2), LDL, BWLD, IQNT, FNF, WTS, BANF, AEGN, WST, SEIC (2), LYTS, FDP, MLAB, ALJ, HS, CUNB, IPHI (2), SFST, MSI, EIG (2), USPH, SNFC (2), BXS (2), EPAY, HII, CCOI, CFR, NEOG, RE, FMER, TYL, EPC, HST, KEYS, NHTC, PNRA, MRCY, PFG, CTBI, OA, RMCF, FWRD, CCMP, L (2), ISRG, DTLK, ORA (3), WSBC, NLSN, CAH, IMAX, ENS (2), FIS (2), PXD, UTHR (4), USB (2), RL (2), AVY, QRVO, FANG (3), FFG, LEG, PEYE, HON (2), SKUL, IR, LFUS, VNTV, GT, AOSL, INTL, SAMN, LHCG, HUBA, HUBB, PXD (2), DW (2), TER, AFL, ACRX, FDS (3), FORM, WEYS, DWRE, WIFI, FAF, MPO, IPGP, OZRK (3), CLX, PACW (2), REGN, MGM (5), VRX, BRCM (5), PCAR, IMPV, APO, CHH, ADSK (3), CUDA, ULTI (6), CVT, HIVE, RES, COBZ (2), METR, DISCA, RHT, MATX, EBAY, TAUG, VRTX, EPK, HDP, ALL (2), CBM, ATVI, CRZO, PCL (2), RNG (2), NBTB, VEEV (2), FI, NXTM, SCAI, SBUX, TXN, EA, MSCI, SFG, FWRD, SFLY, NXTM, BJRI (2), FN (3), FLTX (2), MOH, DHX, ISIS, CPSS FTNT, PHMD, FB, MEIP (2), CUR & CBM

So...in a nutshell, I was sidetracked all day with a pending dinner party & trying to thaw the bird & produce the sides on time. I traded in very brief sessions & tracked at least once an hour. I hope that I caught most of the insider transactions from today for you.

My notes about tonight's insider buys include a lot of repeats that not many people reading the blog will notice as it was formerly posted on Facebook. Some repeaters that jump out at me were: JMBA, JMP, SONA, CCD, BHRT.OB, MJCO, KODK, LNG & CRDS.
I may have missed some but those definitely have seen the list a few times. I also had noted that the buyer for LNG was Carl Icahn whom decided to raise his stake in this otherwise doomed stock (because it's in the energy sector...no other reason). Icahn bought $45,458,222 worth of shares today...officially. That sparked an interest with me in LNG. I had also noted that there was only one CFO that I saw buy more shares today which was within BOCH. I'll definitely watch that for a minute. Somehow, I was lucky enough to catch ALQA due to it's rapid filing & chart. I hope it pans out. Oh yeah....back to LNG....the other thing that stood out was that they also had a 13D filed. Moving on...

13D/G's: obviously LNG was of interest. I personally, always track the 13D/G's to for at least a few sessions because they can end up amazing.

On the sale side of everything, I'm actually amazed at how light  it was compared to my last post. I bet they'll pile in on Wednesday & Thursday & sure more forms will cross through the wire soon but that's enough about that. First, I'd like to mention today's top 3 which were: $123,697,870 worth of shares sold of MSCI; second was $101,825,970 worth of VRX shares were sold; at last, REGN had $53,674,336 worth of shares dumped this afternoon. The CFO's who dumped today were connected to these tickers: AEGN, USPM, CCOI, LEG, ENS, FDS, IPGP, ALL, FLTX, SFLY & FN. I guess the other major notation I'd like to mention was that MGM had somewhat sold off out of sympathy. BRCM had a few more big wigs sell off but I don't think they compared to the single FB sale of over $32.5 million worth of shares. Other than that, there are too many that repeated for me to list but if you follow me nightly, you will see them.

Hopefully, this helps out somebody out there. GLTA

Friday, November 6, 2015 Insider Transactions that I Tracked

Happy weekend fellow traders & investors!

Today, I post via blog for the first time ever & I hope it makes it easier to track all those inside trade I spew out at you on Facebook. I had a wonderful week in DUST but sold all of it. I'm hoping for a dip next week to ride the next rally to $50...maybe...wishful thinking but I've been there before. Either way, enough about me, here are a bunch of the insider transactions that came through the wires on Friday, November 6, 2015:

Insider Buyers (Form 4's): AYR, OPK, GLRE, QTM, EGP, BRT (4), TIPT, LFKN, AXDX, PPBI, BYBK (2), BMTC, OLN (10), IFMI, DCB, CBFV, SPLP, GER (2), GMZ (2), BMAQ, HLS, MFSF, FEYE (2), GXNC, GNC, SVBI, TEX (4), AMRC, BHRT, BKU, PBIB, MPSX, XRM, TAXI, ACSF, CLF, TSC, BCBP (9), SPNC, SKY, FNRN (2), FCN, NOA, JYHW, ACW, CWGL, ANGI (2), MTBC, SYY (2), ENDP & COTY (3)

13G's: LHO, WTW, LORL (+), BBG, MSTR, TTPH, ORN (+), MXE (-), GLDD (+), SRI (-), SPW (2), JAH (-), IQNT (-), IPHI (2), IMPV (2), GRP/U (+), CTRN (-), RXDX (-), EXPE (-), EQY (-), EPAM (-), ANH (-), AXL (+), ESV (+) & ECOS

Insider Sellers (Form 4's): MSCC (5), SAM, SKYE (3), CRL, LAWS, TSS, HRG, MMM, HPY (2). BPOP, CSL, TFSL, IBKR (4), AVY, PSX, EW, VRTX, NEOG, ATR, ATO, VLO (2), SANM, EL (2), CLX (2), UA, TWC, DLB, DAL, NWLK, ECL, AYI (2), XYL, SYK, HSIC (2), BSFT (2), TYL (2), CBZ, WWWW, STE, SIVB, GLPI, KCG, OPHT, LNG, MA, CEVA, SCHW, GBX (4), RCL, RRC, STRZA (2), SYNA (2), POOL, AAPL, NFLX (3), PYPL, VAR, MPWR, NOW, OFIX (4), LLPT (2), LION, CNS, NEE, STBA, WST, PKD, CIEN, FLDM, CTB, FAST, AVA, ATHN, WSTG (2), HPY (3), WM, DLR, PCCC, CSH, GNTX, UVE, MNTA, OA, STL, STI, SBCP, BELFB, IQNT, AXL, SABR, BANF, SCOR, AFG, BSX, CBU, SUPN, VASC, UTHR (3), BBT, USB, SSB, CY, CBU, CAR (2) ,WTR, XYL, AGII, HSIC (3), HUBS, WAFD (2), IIVI, AMSF, COSM, PFPT, GBX (3), RDI, FUL, IM, CAC, CRUS, KLAC, SMLR, POWI, YELP, DORM, PFSI, FIBK, STX, MKTO, CTIC, GCI (2), CPF, SKYW, HA, SGEN, EBS, MXL (2), W (2), LOOS (4), IRMD, CPF, CTB, EW, BELFA, PCLN, WSTC, SANM, DY, AFG JIVE, AEGN, CBZ (3), WTR, AMSF, CPF (2),IRMD & CSC

Since this is my first time blogging ever, I'm just going to apologize in advance for any editorial errs. I'd typically remind all of the traders that followed my prior posts on Facebook pages like Swing Trade Pro to pay attention to the repeat buyers for companies such as: TIPT. OLN, BHRT, CWGL, COTY & more. I'll likely create a watchlist to pay attention these tickers & the other noteworthy buys. Another thing I like to track is when a CFO buys. The CFO buys from yesterday's list include: BMTC, FEYE, GNC, ACSF, MTBC, FCN & BCBP. Personally, I was enthusiastic to see was CLF cross the wires with a buy....perhaps, I should get more before I do miss the ride. The top monetary buy Friday was for SYY with 2 insiders buying over $25 million worth of shares. Finally, CWGL has seriously crossed my wires every trading day for weeks. They literally have a buy everyday. I wonder what they are up to.

13D/G forms I preferred were: ANGI (for multiple inside buyers & a 13D buyer) OLN for having 10 buyers & near $50,000,000. I also had noted that the Baker Brothers had bought BCRX & that Mark Cuban had bought over 5% or RDI. Also, I would like to note the EZCH has made my 13D list several times in the past few weeks. IFMI is my last noteworthy 13D filed yesterday since it made both the 13D list & the insider buying Form 4 list.

Tracking the insider sales into the Q3 earnings reports has been helpful for me. Especially, when I see companies selling off multiple days in advance. As you follow my postings, you will begin to see the repeat offenders in that category. For now, I'll just start with listing the companies whose CFO's sold shares which included: NEE, CSH, IBKR, STX, CBU, AYI, GLPI & IM. Some of the highest monetary sales were KCG with nearly $24.5 million worth of shares sold followed by MSCC with almost $16 million worth of shares sold. Other notable sales were GBX, AYI, BPOP, PSX, AAPL & NFLX.

I hope that somebody out there finds this useful. Good luck in the market next week!
